We're now launching a new unit — native advertising — and are seeking a seasoned professional to lead this project from the ground up.


Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Advertiser Development Manager to spearhead our native advertising division. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of both devising and executing strategies to build and nurture advertiser relationships. The successful candidate must have a deep understanding of the AdTech landscape, experience in native advertising, and a proven track record in advertiser development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify and map potential advertiser partners.
  • Develop and implement a product plan, including tag definitions, descriptions, and media kits.
  • Proactively recruit and onboard new advertisers, fostering strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Plan and test hypotheses to optimize advertiser engagement and performance.
  • Develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for the native advertising offering.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to communicate strategy and priorities effectively.

Qualifications

  • Experience and Skills:
    • Proven international experience in the AdTech industry.
    • Fluent in English (C1/C2); proficiency in other languages is a plus.
    • Demonstrated ability to present product strategies clearly and effectively.
    • Strong background in advertiser recruitment and partnership development.
    • In-depth knowledge of ad tag operations and filtering mechanisms.
    • Competence in data parsing and market analysis.
    • Willingness to create processes from scratch.
