We're now launching a new unit — native advertising — and are seeking a seasoned professional to lead this project from the ground up.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Advertiser Development Manager to spearhead our native advertising division. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of both devising and executing strategies to build and nurture advertiser relationships. The successful candidate must have a deep understanding of the AdTech landscape, experience in native advertising, and a proven track record in advertiser development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify and map potential advertiser partners.
- Develop and implement a product plan, including tag definitions, descriptions, and media kits.
- Proactively recruit and onboard new advertisers, fostering strong, long-term partnerships.
- Plan and test hypotheses to optimize advertiser engagement and performance.
- Develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for the native advertising offering.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to communicate strategy and priorities effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience and Skills:
- Proven international experience in the AdTech industry.
- Fluent in English (C1/C2); proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to present product strategies clearly and effectively.
- Strong background in advertiser recruitment and partnership development.
- In-depth knowledge of ad tag operations and filtering mechanisms.
- Competence in data parsing and market analysis.
- Willingness to create processes from scratch.
